All peptides are manufactured to research-grade purity (≥98%) and independently verified by third-party laboratories via HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch on the product pages.
We primarily stock lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for maximum stability and shelf life. Select products may be available as pre-mixed solutions. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is also available in our accessories section.
COAs are linked on each product page under the "Lab Testing" tab. You can also request one by emailing support with your order number. All COAs include HPLC chromatograms, purity percentages, and molecular weight confirmation.

There is no minimum order requirement for standard retail purchases. For bulk or wholesale inquiries (10+ units per SKU), contact us for volume pricing.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment queue. Contact support immediately with your order number. Once packaged or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping
We ship domestically within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited (2-day) and overnight options are available. Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are generally processed same-day.
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. Your privacy is a top priority.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number. Track via the carrier's website or through your account under "Order History."
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Storage & Handling
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C (freezer) for long-term stability — up to 24 months. For short-term use (up to 30 days), refrigeration at 2–8°C is acceptable. Keep away from light, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.
Use bacteriostatic water (BW) for multi-use reconstitution. Add BW slowly along the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder or shake vigorously. Gently swirl until dissolved. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within 4 weeks.
It is not recommended — repeated freeze-thaw cycles degrade stability. If extended storage is needed, aliquot into single-use portions before freezing. Lyophilized powder can safely be returned to the freezer.

All sales are final unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and documentation. We will issue a replacement or store credit. We do not accept returns of opened vials.
